You will love this steamed chicken as it's very easy and yummy.
It's a recipe from my partner's Grand mom. She's a wonderful cook
and her methods are very simple but yet she preserves all the goodness
in her dishes. Hoping in the future I will be able to share you more of her
dishes

Cantonese Steam chicken |
| Ingredients |
- Whole medium chicken
- 1/2 cup of light soy sauce
- 20g of ginger, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Sauce
- (mix these ingredients well)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

| Directions |
Marinate the chicken with the all the ingredients
except the ginger. Leave it in the fridge for around 2-3 hours
Lay the slice ginger on the steamer and
place the whole chicken on top.
Steam the chicken for around 45-50 minutes.
Chop the chicken into pieces, Serve together with the sauce.
