Blue cheese steamed chicken recipe

This blue cheese steamed chicken recipe
is one of my own creations.

The tenderness of the chicken, the aroma of
chive and the melted blue cheese are the highlights
of this chicken blue cheese recipe.

It's very easy, healthy and ofcourse very tasty as well.

Steamed chicken with blue cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts skin on,
    sliced along side to make pockets
  • 4 thin slices of blue cheese
  • 4 pieces of sliced avocado
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped chive
  • 2 segments lemon
  • 1 cup of Tomato sauce
  • 3 table spoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tea spoon of paprika powder

Directions

1 Place the cheese, Avocado and spring onion
in each pockets. Skewer close with toothpick.

2 Rub the lemon onto the chicken skin and sprinkle
some salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the pan,
Brown each sides of the chicken for 2-3 minutes.

3 Place the chicken into the steamer and steam
for about 20-25 minutes.

4 Make the sauce by mixing tomato sauce,
Worcestershire sauce and paprika powder well.

Slice the chicken and serve with the sauce
and rice or boiled small potatoes.

Serve 4
