Mix the yorks well with some warm water
set aside.
Heat up the oil, stir in garlic and squid.
Cook the squid for 2-3 minutes until it
turn solid white color.
Add the red pepper,Spring onion,
oyster sauce, sugar and ground pepper.
Continue cooking for a minute.
add the egg york and stock
Turn up the heat and stir fry for few second
Turn onto the plate, serve with steam rice
