This easy and most delicious garlic beef patty recipe
is going well together with both steam rice and bread.

Garlic Beef patty |
| Ingredients |
- Beef mince 800g
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 10 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (more or less as you prefer)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil

| Directions |
Mix the beef mince with onion and garlic and a little salt.
Make ball shapes and flatten them.
Melt the butter in the pan, add little oil to prevent
the buttter from burning.
Sprinkle some salt and peper on the patties and fry them
until they are cooked (should't have any trace of blood
when drilling the hole on the patty.) but don't over cook it
as it should be a bit juicy.
Serve warm with bread, rice or as an appertizer.
