You'd love this kimchi soup recipe. It's an easy kimchi dish.
Either to have it as a soup or have it together with steam rice,
It's simple and also tasty meal suitable for a cold winter night.

kimchi pork soup |
| Ingredients |
- 100g of sliced pork belly or bacon
- 100g of Korean pickle ( kimchi )
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon of korean pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon of korean chili paste (kojujang)
- 1 springonion cut into 1 inch each
- 1 tofu diced ( quite big )
- 1 tablespoon of japanese soy sauce
- 2 cup of water
- Sesame oil

| Directions |
Fry the pork belly with sesame oil, Add kojujang and garlic.
Continue frying until the pork is quite cooked.
Add the water, Bring to boil and add all the rest of the ingredients.
Lower the heat and simmer the stew for around 5 more minutes.
serve together with hot steam rice
