Savory steamed egg with pork mince
- 100g Pork mince
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of oil
- Freshly ground white Pepper to taste
Beat the egg. add oil, water and light soy sauce.
Add pork mince and beat all the mixture well
Sprinkle some pepper to taste, then steam it in the steamer
for about 8-10 minutes until the egg is formed, The perfect
egg custard should have some soup within it.
Serve as a soup or an appetizer with grilled bread.
