Heat up the oil on the pan, fry the garlic then add
Chicken slices. Cook until the chicken is nearly done.
Add the egg, scramble it and then add carrot and pea.
Cook for around 1-2 minutes.
Lower the heat, Add the paste, light soy sauce and sugar.
Mix all the mixture well.( Find something to cover your nose
and mouth as when frying the curry paste,it can create strong
scene.)
Add the rice, turn up the heat then fry all the mixture quickly
and thoroughly. Add the white pepper.
Turn on to dishes and enjoy!
