Thai Curry rice

Join us for this curry rice recipe. It's very very easy and
yummy chicken and rice recipe. Try it and you 'd beg for more.
The aroma of the herbs and the spices from the curry paste
make this an irresistible Thai fried rice recipe.

Chicken curry rice

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 20g of fresh peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 500g of cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon of green curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper

1 Heat up the oil on the pan, fry the garlic then add
Chicken slices. Cook until the chicken is nearly done.

2 Add the egg, scramble it and then add carrot and pea.
Cook for around 1-2 minutes.

3 Lower the heat, Add the paste, light soy sauce and sugar.
Mix all the mixture well.( Find something to cover your nose
and mouth as when frying the curry paste,it can create strong

4 Add the rice, turn up the heat then fry all the mixture quickly
and thoroughly. Add the white pepper.

Turn on to dishes and enjoy!

Serve 2-3
