Add 1 table spoon of oil. Brown the garlic on
the pan then add the chicken pieces.
Fry until the chicken is almost done.
Add mushroom and spring onion, continue frying
for a minute.
Turn down the heat, Add light soy sauce, salt,
and sugar.Stir it well. Add chicken
stock.
Bring it to boil, add the flour paste then stir well.
Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper.
Serve hot on top of the steam rice.
