Ground beef curry
This ground beef curry is one of the easiest ground beef recipes
You can fine curry at almost any part of Asia. However it's originated
in India. The name Curry probably derived from "Kali", Tamil language in India. Normally curry is very rich and offten serve with rice.

Ground beef curry
Ingredients
- Beef mince, 400g
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of tumaric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10g of butter
Directions
Melt the butter in the deep pan, fry the onions in a low heat until it's caramelized
Add beef mince and garlic then fry together until the the meat is cook
Add tomatoes, curry powder, cumin powder and tumaric powder.
Lower the heat, simmer for about 45 minutes, stir occationally.
Add salt and pepper to taste, serve with steam rice, boiled potatoes or pasta.
Serve 3
