Roast beef brisket recipe
Let try this unique beef brisket recipe.
It's a perfect meal in itself with
steam rice, bread or boil potatoes.
Imagine some chunks of very
tender beef in steamy rich sauce
that is poured on the hot steam rice.

Pot rosted beef brisket
Ingredients
- 800g of beef brisket boneless,
cut into 2 inches pieces
- 4 cloves of garlic, clushed
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of strawburry jam
(or any kinds)
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried origano
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrot, peeled and cut
into 1 inch chunks
Directions
Melt the butter and oil in the pot,
add garlic and the beef brisket.
Brown the beef for 2-3 minutes.
Add the onion, potatoes and carrot into the pot, cook for 2-3 minutes
until the vegetables are coated with the oil.
Add other ingredients stir for 1-2 minute,
reduce the heat to the lowest then cover
andleave it for about 1 1/2 hour. Stir ocationally.
When the beef is tender, add salt and
pepper as prefer. Turn onto the dish.
Serve with bread, boil potatoes or steam rice
