Garlic mash potato recipe
An awesome mash potato recipe is here!!
The little secret of this mash potato recipe
is to mix the newly boiled potatoes with the
leftover cooked potatoes as It'd give out a very nice
blending of texture and taste.
Try this and let me know how it goes ok.
Garlic Mash Potato
- 6 large potatoes, peeled
- 200g of leftover cooked potatoes
- 20g of butter
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 60g of grated cheddar
- salt to taste
Boil the potatoes in the pot for about 45 minutes
or until the potatoes is soft
Mash the potatoes in the bowl with
the old potato using the masher or forks
Add the butter, garlic and cheddar. Mix well.
Add some salt as prefer.
Serve as a snack or an accompany
with any grill meat or any main dish.
